We will initially take the design concept, and create a 3D conceptual model.
This allows you to get a feel as to how it will look, and what sort of materials would be required to complete the project.
This design can be tweaked in order to incorporate any changes that may have been thought of at a later date.
If the design incorporates features that are unclear as to whether they would work or not, then a prototype of just those features will be made.
This reduces the risk element with those features, and allows any fettling of the project to take place.
Once all the features have been sorted out, and the elements organised, construction will begin.
We have been MIG welding for several years, and will use this where steel is required to build any framework or supports for mechanical gear.
